Payment terms for our services are defined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the signed agreement
• We reserve the right to pause work on any engagement where payment is significantly overdue

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechParrot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TechParrot in the three months preceding the claim.
