Salesforce QuickStart Packages — Live in 1–2 Weeks.
Fixed-price Salesforce implementation for small and mid-sized businesses. Configured, data imported, and your team trained — starting at $1,500, with no hidden costs and no scope drift.
Salesforce QuickStart Packages: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Custom
Three Salesforce quick start packages, every one fixed-scope and fixed-price — you know exactly what you get and exactly what it costs before we start. Salesforce renamed Sales Cloud to Agentforce Sales and Service Cloud to Agentforce Service in 2026. Same editions, same licences — we use the older names here because that is still what buyers and contracts say.

How Much Does a Salesforce QuickStart Cost?
Our Salesforce QuickStart services start at $1,500 for a standard single-cloud setup. That is the implementation fee, quoted once, up front, and it does not move once the scope is agreed.
Three things change the number: which cloud you are standing up, how many users need setting up and training, and how messy the data you are migrating is. A near-default Sales Cloud org with a clean spreadsheet export sits at the bottom of the range. A Service Cloud build with escalation rules, a knowledge base, and five years of legacy CRM data to deduplicate sits above it.
Two costs are not in that figure, and any quote that hides them is worth questioning. Salesforce licences are bought directly from Salesforce, not from us. And anything outside the agreed scope — a second cloud, a custom integration, a managed-service retainer afterwards — is quoted separately rather than absorbed into a number that quietly grows.
When a QuickStart is the wrong purchase
If you are migrating from an org that already has years of custom objects, Apex, and integrations in it, a quick start package is not what you need — you need a scoped implementation, and we will tell you that on the discovery call rather than sell you a fixed price that cannot hold. Multi-cloud rollouts and anything requiring data migration from a system with its own custom schema are the same story. Start at professional services instead.
Why a QuickStart Beats a Big-Bang Implementation
Most SMBs don't need a six-month consulting engagement — they need a working CRM this month. A QuickStart gets the core right, gets your team using it, and leaves room to grow into automation, integrations, and Agentforce when you're ready.
