Salesforce Commerce Cloud Consulting — Storefronts That Sell While You Sleep.
Implementation, optimization, AI-powered search, and agentic commerce for B2C and B2B — delivered by a certified US + India team at up to 50% lower cost than onshore-only agencies. Salesforce now calls this product Agentforce Commerce; the licences, the storefront, and the work are the same, and most buyers still search for Commerce Cloud.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Services We Deliver
From first storefront to AI-driven commerce — one accountable partner.
B2C Commerce Implementation
SFRA and composable storefronts for retail brands — catalog architecture, checkout, payments, and OMS integration built to convert.
B2B Commerce Portals
Wholesale, distributor, and dealer portals with complex pricing, entitlements, contract catalogs, and one-click reorder workflows.
Agentforce Commerce
Autonomous AI agents in the shopping journey — conversational product discovery, guided checkout, and post-purchase service without added headcount.
AI Search & Merchandising
Einstein search tuning, visual search, product recommendations, and merchandising rules that surface the right product every time.
Data Cloud Personalization
Unified shopper profiles powering real-time personalization — offers and recommendations based on live behaviour, not last week’s batch.
Storefront Optimization
Site speed, Core Web Vitals, image pipelines, and conversion-focused fixes for existing Commerce Cloud stores — no rebuild required.
The 2026 Difference: Commerce That Acts, Not Just Displays
Static storefronts are table stakes. The stores winning now pair Commerce Cloud with Data Cloud's unified shopper profiles and Agentforce agents that guide discovery, rescue abandoned carts, and resolve order issues — autonomously. That stack is our specialty, and it's why our Data Cloud vs CDP guide pairs with every commerce roadmap we build.
Talk Commerce + AIHow Salesforce Commerce Cloud Pricing Works
Commerce Cloud is not priced per user, which catches out every team budgeting it like the rest of their Salesforce estate. It is priced as a percentage of Gross Merchandise Value — your storefront revenue, minus tax and shipping. Salesforce publishes Growth and Advanced editions, sitting at 1% and 2% of GMV. Confirm the current percentage on Salesforce’s own pricing page before you model anything; it is the number most likely to have moved since this was checked in August 2026.
The consequence is worth stating plainly, because it changes the business case rather than just the invoice: your platform cost rises with every sale you make. A per-user platform rewards efficiency. A GMV platform rewards margin. If your average order value is low and your volume is high, model this carefully against a per-user or flat-fee alternative before committing — there are businesses for which Commerce Cloud is the wrong economics no matter how good the fit, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Salesforce renamed Commerce Cloud to Agentforce Commerce in 2026. Same platform, same licences, same GMV model — the rename does not change what you pay.
B2C or B2B Commerce: Which You Actually Need
These are different products with different data models, not tiers of one. Choosing wrong is expensive to unwind, and it is the single most common scoping mistake we are called in to fix.
| B2C Commerce | B2B Commerce | |
|---|---|---|
| Who buys | Anonymous shoppers, self-service checkout | Known accounts with negotiated terms |
| Pricing model | One catalogue price, promotions on top | Account-specific price lists and contracts |
| Order shape | Small baskets, high volume, card payment | Large repeat orders, purchase orders, credit |
| The hard part | Performance, search relevance, conversion rate | Entitlements, approvals, and ERP integration |
Plenty of manufacturers and distributors need both, selling direct to consumers and through a dealer network on separate terms. That is a legitimate two-storefront build, and it should be scoped as two storefronts from day one rather than discovered halfway through the first.
What a Commerce Cloud Implementation Involves
A storefront launch is rarely the long pole. The integrations behind it are. A realistic sequence, and where projects actually slip:
- 01Catalogue and pricing architecture — Product data, variants, and price books. Slips when catalogue data lives in three systems and nobody owns which is authoritative.
- 02Storefront build — Templates, navigation, search, and checkout. The visible part, and usually the most predictable.
- 03ERP and OMS integration — Inventory, order routing, fulfilment status. This is where most Commerce Cloud programmes lose their schedule.
- 04Payments, tax, and shipping — Gateway, tax engine, carrier rules. Individually simple, collectively a month.
- 05Search and personalization tuning — Continues after launch, and should. Relevance is measured, not configured once.
We scope the integration work first and the storefront second, because that is the order in which the risk sits. A demo storefront in four weeks that cannot see live inventory is not progress.
